I also had a negative experience with this company. They use several different names "BODY CONTROL & FAJAS C", "Fajas on line", "Underwear Max" which creates unnecessary confusion.
Their customer service is also very poor. I bought an item for $86 that was supposed to be shipped within 5 but they did not do it.
Since after 3 weeks I did not received the item and they did not reply my messages, I submitted a dispute with my credit card requesting not to pay them the amount. By the way, I had to find their contact information on their website "[email protected]" because they don't provide contact information at all in the purchase confirmation email and on top of that they use an email address that doesn't work: [email protected] - returned any attempt I made to get in contact with the seller. What if I didn't remember your website??? There was no way to communicate with them. I think the mail not working is totally intentional to create confusion so they can steal your money. I finally informed them that the credit card would not pay and that I didn't want the item any more, so they sent it anyway to create conflicts. My doorman received the package and they immediately sent me an email to claim their money saying that they sent the package before reading my email.
This company has all the intention to cheat, steal, and create conflicts. There are more negative reviews all over the internet. I regret I didn't read the reviews before.
