I ordered a FREE TRIAL BOTTLE of Acai Ultimate capsules for a cost of $2.95 Post & Packing only.When checking my Credit Card statement, found I had also been charged $79.95 for the capsules in addition to the p&p.

I ordered a free sample of a product called ACIA, all i had to do was pay $3.95 for shipping. Two days later i found a charge of 169.95 on my checking account that i did not authorize from body type wellness. So far i have got back NOTHING they tell me that there is nothing they can do since I didnt return the product - I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING - I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. The company is based out of Clearwater FL. IT IS A SCAM - RIP OFF - When I talked to them on the phone I could hardly understand the people. Kia Riley says there is nothing she can do, there is nothing they will do. Bob Wilson says send the product back and they will refund my money - WHAT PRODUCT! Now they say my claim is to old - WHAT - its been open since 48 hours after I ordered the free sample from a diferent company! I have a claim number 1873012JUL10 last time I called they say there is no record of that claim number in the system!!!

I placed an order for a free trial offer. The offer stated was a free trial with only postage to pay for. However my bank informed me of an unauthorised amount attempting to come out of my account. I contacted the company and was told i had not ordered a free trial but an offer instead. I know that i did not order an offer. I think this is a scam and have spent hours trying to sort this out with my bank.

I ordered a free 30 day trial of a supplement called "REVIVATOX" for $0.97 shipping and handeling. And two days later found not only the $0.97 but also $79.95 charges on my debit card. I have filed fraud charges and hope to recover my money back! BEWARE of this so called "COMPANY" !!!

The "promotional" offer stated to pay $.95 for "free trial". I ordered this on 6/25/10 and on 6/27/10, to my astonishment there was $169.97 charged to my bank account!!! I called them immediately to get this charge reversed. I talked with "Darlene" on 6/30/10, and she did give me half of the charge credited to my account on 7/6/10, but told me that I would have to "write on the box when I recieved it "REJECTED, RETURN TO SENDER", which I did, in order to get the other half of the $169.97, ONCE they recieved it back. No credit to account as of 8/5/10, talked to "Chris", he said they don't take back products. Then gave me a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER... THE PACKAGE WAS ALREADY SENT TO THEM!!! Called them back, talked to "Rock" and he gave me a 'TRACKING NUMBER" that was on the package they sent out. Called USPS and this was an invalid tracking number, OF COURSE IT WAS!!! I then got ahold of Nataha who gave me a number to the "CUSTOMER SERVICE". Talked to "Beth" who said "Oh yes, that Tampa region is going to be shut down do to the incompentency of the staff and 1we will be sending out a paper check IMMEDIATELY". WELL GUESS WHAT???? NO ONE CAN FIND THE BOX THAT I RETURNED, NOR WILL THEY GIVE ME THE COMPLETE REFUND! I have been calling them since 6/30/10 and still today 8/31/10, no help, they just hang up. I have tried to get a "correct tracking number" to no avail. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU SCAM ARTISTS!! I have a call in to Natasha for the LAST time to call me back at 3:15pm CST. If no call back, then I am starting legal actions for my money being out of my account that could have drawn interest. Hope this helps out others that have fallen into this SCAM. I will let you know of my out come with my lawyers and bankers. Here is the tracking number that was given to me that the USPS can NOT seem to find, say it is invalid number!!
