I have been waiting for my refund since July 5th when they recieved their package back. On July 19th I was told that they cut me a check and I would recieve it in a few days, however that was two weeks ago. I was told to call on Monday if I did not recieve the check so I called this morning and I was hung up on by a customer service rep named Beth, and I was not even being rude. The she transferred me to Ted the manager who told me that he was going to cancel my refund and hung up on me, then I called back and he answered the phone again stating that I was harassing him because I kept calling back trying to find out where my money was. This compnay is ridiculous and they have stolen $84 from me and I never even used the product, plus I had to pay to have the items shipped back!

I ordered what was suppose to be a trial for a .95 fee for shipping, instead I was charged $169.oo. I called immediately upon finding out about the charges and they told me I misread the terms and they have no trial. I told them the terms said I had 15 days to decide or I would be charged, however I was charged the full amount within 2 days. So they decided to refund me half of my money, I still had to wait to recieve the package, send it back and then I was to receive the other portion of the refund. That was a month ago, I paid extra money to have the package shipped quickly and with delivery confirmation, they recieved it no problem but now they keep telling me its my bank, but my bank doesn't know anything about this or the transaction number they give me which doesn't exist.

It has now been over a month since they took my money and this ordeal began, I never used the product and the customer service people are rude, they lie and say that there arent any supervisors to speak to, they hang up on you and they told me they were in fact in Flordia when I recently found out it was a calling center in India.

If this happens to you don't waste your time with the 1-800 number call the office directly at the Florida number. When I finally did that they understood how ridiculous this situation was and they are sending me out a check today.

I ordered a free trial of thier acai berry product. I was to pay .97 for shipping. Today I discovered a charge for 169.95 on my bank.

I ordered a "free sample" of ACAI weightloss formula for $1.99 plus shipping. A week later they charged my card $149.95 not authorized. I tried calling them and got an answering service in India. They just kept reading me prepared scripts and refused a refund. I reported it as a fraud to Chase Bank. Chase credited my account for the $149.95. Two days later the company issued a partial refund of $74.95. As a result Chase canceled their credit in full. Now I am still out the other half of the refund of $74.95. When I call the company, they say I am "blacklisted" because I reported them to the bank and now they refuse the refund of $74.95. Don't order from them, it is a scam. They will charge your account for more!

On June 27, 2010, I ordered a trial bottle of Acai Boost from website AcaiEnergy.com. All I had to pay was 0.95. I don’t know who you people are, but when I checked my bank statement on June 29, 2010, I noticed there was a charge on my account for 169.95 for Body Type Wellness. I never authorized you people to take anything out of my account and you better reverse the charge of 169.95 immediately. I want all the funds reversed at one time. Your company is a Fraud & Scam. I have notified my attorney about this matter as well as I have talk to my bank. Although the charges are pending as soon as they clear, I will be filing a affidavit against your company. What makes you people think you can go into people’s accounts with authorization????????????
I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General’s office, as well as I will be filing charges against your company.
