I ordered online and paid for two bras--total $52.85 using Paypal.
I never received the merchandise and when I inquired I was asked if I would accept substitute merchandise.
I said "no, thank you, please refund my payment." Since then I have telephoned twice and left messages and sent three emails.
The responses have been duplicate form emails from "Jennifer" in customer service saying that accounting will take care of it. After four weeks--still no merchandise and no payment. AVOID this website: www.bodybody.com
