Misleading and confusing site. The only way to actually know what your paying is to go to the confirm order page. Even if you just close the window with out confirming your order they still process the order. There is no cancel order or way to remove quantities, nothing! On the emails confirming your order they don't even provide a telephone number to call customer support. On their site is a number for service. Speaking to a supervisor Caroline, she explained to me that once you enter your info the order is processed. The confirm order button does not have to be pressed. On that page there is no way to update info or cancel the order.
