I had teeth whitening done by Bodyologie on the 6th March, my teeth did not whiten at all, Jane, the operator said it was not satisfactory I must come back she will do it again. I went back on the 4 April, it still didn't work. They then said they would phone the supplier of the machine and ask them to perform the whitening as there is something wrong. When my appointment was booked I unfortunately was on a course of anti-biotics, so I cancelled. I phoned for another appointment a week later and Jane the operator kept telling me she cannot get hold of the supplier. I telephoned every week thereafter and spoke to Jane, she kept telling me she will phone me back when she gets hold of the supplier or she would tell me the supplier is not phoning her back. My son is getting married so I went to my dentist and had the treatment done successfully.
Bodyologie (Merryl the manager) refuses to refund my R1500 for a service they did not deliver as she says Jane said that I was on anti-biotics for over a month, and they were waiting for me to phone them for an appointment.
