Placed TWO orders TWO different shipping addresses...Was charged TWICE one for each order...was only given ONE confirmation number of an order...Called Pay Pal was told to contact the people I e-mailed them and was told that they shipped the TWO orders in ONE package..Was to received in a couple days from the time of the e-mail...Severn days later still not package...everyday for a whole month I e-mailed them telling them my package was still not delivered and they claimed it was...The also told me they filed a claim with the post office and that the post office had not gotten back to them...E-mails keeps going back and forth..at this point me asking for a FULL refund for merchandise not received and them telling me they have confirmation it was.
Told them that if they had not messed up on their own forms and followed the order as instructed they would have not made a mistake and shipped to one address which screwed things up in the first place...The were refusing to refund me my money...Every day e-mails going back and forth ask for my money...Pay Pal finally refunded me only half of what they charged me...and each day I would e-mail them giving them a status on the mail ..STILL NO PACKAGE...I finally contacted my bank told them my situation and was asked to submit an official complaint form to them and I included the string of e-mail I had between them and me..

I circled important items such as them stating they confirmed payments for two orders not one. and how they shipped (according to them) both items in one package. and the many numerous times I was requesting either the items or a refund...They did however offered to send me a pre-paid envelope to ship the other item to the other address...An Item I still and now don't expect to receive...

Needless to say with the help of keeping all my communication with the BAD MERCHANT via e-mail I had proof that I have been dealing with them and my bank did pull out the money back from their account back into mine...

Yes I did accuse them of being scammers, reporting them to the BBB, to Pay Pal...and I even told Pay Pal that I would never use another on-line merchant that uses them because merchants like these give them even a bad rep...a Tracking Number given to Pay Pal means NOTHING...Why should one pay for their incompetence (the merchants)

so if you are dealing with these companies what out if you do not get your product chances are they were never shipped and if they were they were sent to the wrong address and you just purchased an unknown a gift...lol (just kidding)

the people are Dan & Dave Eng. and their companies on the website are http://www.yourlingeriegallery.com and http://www.bodyshapewear.com ( I used this site)...
I even suggested that they should have a review section as if they did I would read what others were saying but this was the first time I chanced it with an on-line merchant..other times I read EVERYTHING...down to the small tiny print on the terms...If I do not understand one of their fancy legal term words I look it up..

They take advantage of us pudgy people and some not so pudgy but want to look smooth in that tight tiny black dress that we order from them...
