I've bought some photos from Boeing web site, which I believe is run by Pictopia. It cost me around USD 100.00 and after almost two months, I received an envelope, completly bended, sent by a cheap mean, and the worst, awful pitures quality. In contact with this shop, they sent me a replacement which I believe will arrive in the same shape.
In contact with them, I was told by Christine Miller I have to send the packages back at my expenses, open a RMA# (I don't what it is as I am foreigner) so they can refund me. I'm not sure if this is going to happen, as I live in another country and don't know how to deal with this.
The question is that they are selling something different what we expect to. It's a poor quality product and customer service is a shame...
