After seeing the TV adverstisement for this product, I ordered by calling 877-293-1140. I ordered 2 units (2 boards in a box) and used my credit card.

The phone ordering system continued to ask me to buy additional items which I continued to say "NO" to.
I received my credit card bill statement and I have been charged twice as much for these products. $127.55
My bank has closed my credit card account and is going to investigate this company since there are so many other complaints of overcharging.
After visiting the bank, I drove home and sitting at the base of my mailbox was the the box of catboards (Delivered Friday April 9th, 2010). I opened the box and found 3 units/boxes with 6 boards . I ordered only 2 units/4 boards And there is no bill/receipt showing what I ordered.
Included is a Merchandise Direct Five-Year Limited Warranty slip which states if something is broked, package and include a check for $12.95 to cover postage and handling to: Merchandise Direct, 300 Returns Road Wallingford, CT 06494
The internet site (www.gettheemerycat.com) states "If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply return it within 30 days for a full product refund (Less P & H) Powered by Ignite Media Solutions 2009 ASM.
I will keep the product so I don't have to pay for the return and I would like to be reimbursed $79.70 for the overcharge to my creditcard account.
