I sent my Bolero VLX crde (WB38Y 6335) for first free servicing on July 07, 2010 and I was informed that engine oil level of the vehicle was less and 1 litre of engine oil was to be put. I have driven only 1500 kms so far and my question is - how can engine oil be less so early? This implies that while making the delivery of the vehicle on March 15, 2010 the engine oil level was not checked properly.
The dealer it seems as if is just searching for 'Bakras' so that they can mint money. When my driver told that we would not add the required oil (as we had to pay) they asked him to give it in writing so that they are not blamed for any defect in future. Will the dealer give us in writing that they neglected their duty of checking the oil level at the time of delivery. Why should we be charged of the oil which was less from the very beginning?
Mahindra & Mahindra is a renouned company and we expect the dealers to be more customer friendly.
