Got off boltbus in manhattan, forgot a suitcase in luggage bin because the driver got off the bus but didn't open the luggage bin. I was in a hurry, what can I do. I call lost and found at Boltbus after 10 minutes and tell them to check with the driver. They don't. I call again next day, so they check after me calling. They say there is nothing. Ask to give me a supervisor, the operator doesn't. She gives me a person who doesn't even know that they can call a driver! This person asks me to send an e-mail to boltbus. I do that, and boltbus replies: Call Lost and found at Boltbus. After the pingpong, my suitcase is long gone with important material on it. Had to report it to the police too. But Boltbus doesn't care.
I strongly do NOT recommend boltbus to anyone. They charge more than others and they don't even take care of the luggage.
