I have paid for a nights accommodation (deducted from my visa card) and not received a booking confirmation.
When I searched for the booking on their web site it was not there.
Their only answer to my query sent in via their customer support link was to say I could not cancel... fine... I just want the confirmation so I can use the booking..
What does one do next to get a confirmation?
They do not seem to be concerned at all in assisting... after multiple emails... this is what really gets me the most... so it cost USD$132.12 ...expensive lesson but leant never to use them again.. at least there are alot of other online suppliers that have the curtosy to try to assist... this seems to be a theme with Book-it...ZERO SERVICE OR CONCERN
