Charges on my VISA
A couple of months ago, I bought one book for my granddaughter and am now being charged (.95 per month by both of the above-mentioned companies. I did not authorize any further orders or charges. I want these stopped and credited back to my account.

recently i purched a book from smart saving.com when my statement came in this month there was a charge for 29.95 now i never said i wanted to join eny book club. all i wanted was one book that it no one told me that they had a trial peroid on books i will never go for that because i dont know them like that. i want my money back they are ripping off people they are not telling eny body about this they are telling me that it had an indecation to the bottom when you are sighing out i never saw that. i am highly upset of what they are diong to people we are trusting them with our credit card and this is what they are doing.they need to be stop and to be investigated by the law.

Non Receipt of book
I ordered a book from Eruditor over a month ago and have not received it. I sent email inquiries and have had no response. I would either like my book or a refund.

Shipment even after not reached 35 days of money paid
Based on SBI Card advertisement dated 27th Jul I had deposited Rs 898/- towards through my credit card for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow and the Combo Pack 2 of CDs of Biography Series and Quiz Master. " The amount got debited from account on 30th Jul 2007.
For you reference and for checking the records my SBI card no. is 4317 5757 0411 5550 .
Your advetisement stated the following:
"The CD’s and the free book will be shipped by India Today Book Club to the address provided by the Cardholders within 15 days of completion of the transaction or 25th July 2007, whichever comes later."
As per their terms of your advertisement we should have got the items within 15 days, i.e. by 15th August. We have not yet got the shipment being in Delhi. Kindly look into the matter for such delay and arrange to dispatch it our address given below.
