E-autoprokat is a guarantee of a spoiled vacation, part 2: E-auto-return!
8 months later after the events which had occurred to me, the company E-autoprokat has remembered about me (my previous review stimulated their reaction <http://www.potrebsojuz.ru/content/view/562/15/>). Suddenly I was called by the manager Oksana. She couldn’t control her excitement, and words were full of empathy. Much has been told: that she was committed to the company’s reputation, that the company was her pride and the company's pain was her pain.
I was moved deeply.
A sequel followed, from which it was clear that there were companies who did not care about their customers (but it was not my case, of course), but there were caring, there were those that can accept their mistakes, and there ... Etc.
I almost cried.
In the end I have been informed that three days prior to this call ALMOST ALL debt amount has already been transferred me. No losses compensation, but the debt itself. And I, in turn, must remove the description of the case in the internet.
I’ve promised I would think after I get the money.
A week passed. No money appeared. Then they sent a scan picture with a check for the return of the half of the amount and dated 5 days later the call date. After another 3 days half of the money came to my bank account. Apparently, the second half of the money was considered as a donation from a grateful client. And this despite the fact that I wrote, and decleared that I needed all of my money, not a "partial refund".
