I purchased two books via seperate "buy it now"
transactions from eBay user bookmarz. They also use
the names moviemarz, bookmars, and moviemars. Via
their online checkout process, independant from eBay
or Paypal, I payed them via Paypal in a combined
checkout for the two seperate tranactions. In their
checkout process, I could also get combined shipping,
which I did. When the package arrived it had two books
in it, one which I ordered and one which I did not
order. They didn't include the second book I ordered.
After at least five attempts to contact them via
e-mail and phone calls, with no reply-answer to any of
them, I initiated a Paypal dispute. After going
through Paypal's run-around, they denied my dispute
basing it on what they say "I didn't submit required
info in the time frame they requested". I have e-mails
from Paypal verifying I did in fact submit the
requested info in the proper time-frame. I have tried
contacting Bookmarz another 4 times via e-mail and
phone calls with no response from them.

Poor customer service is common with them from reading
their eBay feedback. Buyer Beware.
