I have been paying for boost mobil unlimitted service. However, THE SERVICE IS SO POOR AND UNRELIABLE THAT IT SHUTS DOWN REGULARLY.This leaves me unable to use my phone for days.I miss all important business calls and important family calls. Whenever this happens I report it to customer service and recieve atleast a $10 credit as compensation.On 6/28/09 this same nonsense happened. I called customer service and reported it. I was told that boost does not compensate such poor service problems. This is a lie! I have been recieving this exact same compensation since I recieved this poor service. Infact, I was offered this same $10 credit resolution just last week! One agent (manuel job #876060) lied and said that theres no credit given for the problem and then when I told him what I knew he offered me a $5 credit which is only half of the amount alotted. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was connected to a Mr. H. Perez job #932675 who in turn lied about the compensation and refused to reimburse me. I requested info about boost's company so as to file a complaint about the issue. Mr. Perez gave me false information as a means of preventing me to file my complaint to his superiors. both agents were arrogant and patronizing over the phone.
