I am a BOOST MOBILE customer who's been a customer since BOOST MOBILE came into the cell market. I am on their crappy $1.00 a day chat text plan. The focus is on two issues.
Starting with the so called unlimited text, Bottom line SUCKS. I have to try several times to get a text message downloaded into my phone. Because of this constant problem... I went out and bought a BRAND NEW BOOST i465 Motorola Clutch $69.99 at Best Buy...Still the text problem continues. Even with new equipment...Go figure. Call customer service nothing...other than we are sorry your are having problems.
Now the other part...Get this: BOOST MOBILE likes to charge LONG DISTANCE for calls made to Area code 240 numbers. Earlier tonight I was talking to my girlfriend who lives in the D.C. Maryland area. You see area code 240 is the State Of Maryland. Now the call was made after 9pm; When my SO CALLED FREE Nights kick-in .
Guess what they deducted $5.60 from my account balance for the call. Leaving my balance to zero. Because customer service is closed. I'm without service... till I either replenish again at my expense. Or again fight with the stupid brain dead customer service representative who had no power to do a thing. BOOST MOBILE needs to wake up before they are sued for FRAUD.
My next move is to do a YOU TUBE VIDEO BLOG on this matter
