over charge
sign said buy one get one free instead it was one for 19, 99 and 17.99 i explained to the cashier all she could say was that i saved 9.00 dollars i didnt care what i saved i cared about being charge wrong she would not help me she just kept saying i saved 9.00 dollars i left the store not the first time i am just so mad

Never received my store credit
After i made a purshase I returned one of the items It was too big. after thrying to get thrugh to their lines I finally got someone the lady said they dont to exhange over the phone or store credit I will have go on line already another item charge my credit card again then on the bottom of the order on the comment area enter the refund code they gave me. Well I did is been over a week and never received my refund.. so now is like I paid double for the item i did received the item.. but it cost me double the money. I sent them about 3 emails and not respond . I will never purshase anything for their website... terrible. custumer service.. and they are really ripping people off whit their refund scam.

Awful company
On 2nd September 2008 I took in a film to be processed. I used the 3 day service. A week later the photos still hadn't come back. I was told to come back again in a week, which I did, and the photos still hadn't come back. I was assured that they hadn't been lost. However, a month later when I returned to collect them and they still weren't there, I was asked to fill out a form and describe what was in the photos. I also gave the assistant at Boots a photo of my little girl to use to identify the photos they'd 'mislaid' at the lab. I was promised I would get my photo back.

6 months have now past and I wrote a letter of complaint, but only received a tatty handwritten reply with a photocopy of my photo!!

I still don't have my photos.

Young Disrespectful Manager Chris Stowers
I spoke with the manager Chris Stowers about purchasing a pair of marble roper boots per conversation I decided to purchase a pair. I received them and one had a white line across the toe (defect) I called chris and he said that he would replace them. I sent them back and instead of replacing them he polished them as if I would not know. Who ever owns that store needs to know that their Store Manager is nothing but a Liar a Big Liar at that.
