Boston Pizza's Menus for pizza advertise the following sizes and prices for their pizzas; individual is 8 inches for 10$, small is 10 inches for 16.50, and up from their to 15" for the largest.
Tonight i ordered a small pizza...what came was a great looking pizza, only it looked kinda small for 10 inches across. Measuring it conservatively it was 6 inches across...not even the size of and advertised 'indivual' size pizza.
Being charged for a 10 inch pizza when what ou get is misleading and false advertising and immoral.
When questioning the manger about it she had no answers...other than repetivley saying, "well, thats the size"...and then changing and saying well, "10 inches is the circumference"...which is jusyt lunacey...think about it...a ten inch circumference pizza would be about 3 inches across; nice try...and all this was explained with an air of "i dont care...their is nothing i can do about it."
People, next itme you order a pizza from boston pizza look at the size you are getting for what you are paying for what is advertised...My "small" pizza was not even the 8 inches (as advertised on the menu) of an individual size pizza...
And the worst part...the manager and servers don't care! I wonder if boston pizza cares?
The next time i go i will take a ruler and a photo for proof...but just look at it for yourself next time you go...your getting totally burned...
And the cake of it all...the owner is a former RCMP member...ummmm...Dragon's Den anyone?
