It is so rediculous to have the lights at the momerial drive access to kendall sq, last longer for folks coming over the bridges vs the memorial drive main road. Every morning, it's disaster, accidents waiting to happen when they allow only 5 second lights on the main road and let the other intersecting roads have about 3 minutes with no cars there. the main road is terrible. Whomever designed the light sequence is someone who obviously doesn't travel that road much.

Folks are pissed off every day when going this route. Same thing with how alewife intersections work. Dumb as a stump as far as I see. Accessing Boston /cambridge is a disaster to get in or out. I waited 3 hours to move one mile. Nice right. If there was a natural disaster in cambridge or boston, everyone would perish. There is so many problems with this location(s) that I cannot even mention them here.

anyway, it just sucks. 93, 3, 128 all suck and the cops are idiots also, they do nothing in the morning to help out. they just sit in the cars, especially state police who seem to think it's just there job to have a nice uniform vs. actually doing work. WE PAY FOR THIS WITH OUR TAXES AND GET ADIQUATE SERVICE FROM THEM. VERY VERY POOR IN THERE WORK ETHICS. THEY SEEM TO FORGET IF WE DIDN'T PAY TAXES THEY WOULDN'T HAVE A JOB. USELESS PEOPLE. I'D FIRE EVERY ONE IF IT WERE ME AND GET REAL VETS IN PLACE BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW TO WORK FOR THE PEOPLE NOT AGAINST.

it would be easy enough to have a officer on memorial drive at the conjested area's to allow them access based on the length of commuters waiting to get through to stupidly programmed lights oh this road.

Every day is a hell ride, pissed off commuters, stupid people crossing the streets whent he lights are green, again - this is just dumb. really dumb.

My suggestion, fire the traffic folks who think that everthing is fine there and get someone who will work and be there to know the problems first hand. if they don't then be gone with you.
