WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DON'T ORDER OR DO ANY BUISNESS WITH THESE GUYS. PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM, NOTICED ON MY "ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED INVOICE" THAT ONE OF THE PRODUCTS BIENG SHIPPED WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE COMPANY SO THEY COULD FIX THE PROBLEM BEFORE THEY SHIPPED ME THE WRONG PRODUCT. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO SAID IT WOULD BE HANDLED. ONE WEEK LATER I RECIEVED MY ORDER AND THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PRODUCT. I TRIED CONTACTING THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. THROUGH E-MAIL AND ABOUT TEN PHONE CALLS AND VOICEMAILS, AFTER ABOUT THREE WEEKS SOMEONE FINALLY CONTACTED ME THROUGH E-MAIL, AT THIS POINT IN TIME I SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT BACK AT MY OWN EXPENSE, THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL SEND ME THE RIGHT PRODUCT ONCE THEY RECIEVE THE WRONG ONE I MAILED BACK. OH AND P.S. THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED IS ON BACK ORDER. I TOLD THEM TO CANCELL THE ORDER AND TO REFUND MY MONEY. THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY ONCE THEY RECIEVE THE PRODUCT. I SHIPPED THE PRODUCT VIA CERTIFIED MAIL SO I COULD CONFIRM THAT THEY RECIEVED IT AND WHEN. THIS WAS ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO, STILL NO REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD, AND STLL UNABLE TO REACH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TO GET THIS HANDLED.
