Awful company
When My Elderly Mother received a Bill Notice for Books we did not order or receive I was up set the first time and just let it slide. My mother was in a care facility for physical therapy. Not ordering any books! Then last month when I received a Balance Due Receipt for $47.94. Once again for a book we did not order. I held onto the notice.
many times I tried to find a phone number to call. Nothing on the statement and then when calling the free 1800 number it gives another number to call so you have to pay $5.00 to buy a phone number not even knowing its the correct one. I did get the right one looking on this site 1800-678-5835. I called stated I never received the book nor ordered it and the woman said she would take it off. I asked for her name and phone ext.for a confirmation #to go by.

Books received never ordered
I received books from this company that I never ordered, along with a bill. I returned the books to them, certified mail. They have not acknowledged. Instead, they have sent me a bill for the books two weeks after they were returned. What does it take to get them to stop this? A lawsuit? Will this complaint actually result in some action?

keep on sending me books with out me orderingbott
I have asked bottom line books to stop sending me any more of their repeticious books, but they dont. I sent them a note that due to divorce I will be returning to England soon and my bank account is frozen but they still continue.
They dont have a phone number, fax # where I could get hold of them, I found this web page and am hoping I will be able to get a response from them soon as I will only be at this address for a short while longer.
Sincerely

Billing for unordered books
Bottom line books sent me a book I did not order and have billed me $39.00. I returned the book with package unopened and paid for postage to get tracking and and delivery information. They will not acknowlege receiving the returned package and keep billing me. Does anyone have a phone # that I can turn this over to my attorney and let them handle it?
Thanks for any help, Ron

unauthorized bill and no book
I received a bill three times for a book I did not ever order. I sent back the first two bills with an explanation that I never ordered the Yearbook 2009, nor did I ever receive it! I keep getting bills threatening my credit rating... What do I do now?
