billed me I sent books back
They mailed me books I returned the books bt Post Office I have receipt
from Post office showing I returned books.They keep on sending bills to my address.i wnt it stopped now or I am going to get me a Lawyer.

charged for free magazines
on december 14 2008 i ordered the ultimate healing books that included
3 other free books. i recieved these books on the 2nd of january 2009.
in the process of ordering these books i also took of advantage of a free
promational program that gave a free 3 months subscription of any 3
magazines that i wanted to recieve i chose the books that are listed above
along with the charge of $56.85 that was taken from saving account they
also charged for the cost of each magazine. which in total someone charged
to my account $137.18 for what reason i have know idea. i want the
additional monies put back into my bank account. the monies were paid
to your company on december 23rd and the 24th of 2008, a response to this
matter is very much needed. thank you very much sincerely

unauthorized billing
Some weeks ago, I received a book that I certainly did not order. Luckily, I was at home when it was quickly left on my step so I ran outside and found the mailman and gave him the book package unopened. He took it and returned it to Bottomline Books. I was very angry and was relieved that I did not get stuck handling the return. Today, Dec. 31, 08 I received, not only a bill--but notice saying that I was late a payment--owing a total balance of $47.94! First, I never ordered the book, and second, the darn thing has long since been returned. What is going on with a company that does things like this to unsuspecting potential customers? I will certainly never order from this company as obviously they are crooks! I plan to call them to make sure that I do not continue to be plagued by their tricks. Also, whatever it takes to make sure this is the last I hear from these people! It's stunts like these that affect our credit scores and hurts us and we have no idea these dealings are even going on. These are the people who should be in jail!

Billing for Books NOT Ordered
My nightmare with this company began when I recveived a book that I did not order. I refused the book and returned it in the original unopened package via US Postal Service.
I started receiving invoices and noted on them that I had refused the book and returned it. Eventually this became a PAST DUE issue demanding payment.
I continued to return these notices without any success and received a "Collection Notice" from North Shore Agency, Inc. demanding payment of the $36.92 for the returned item.
I sent certified notice to both Bottom Line and North Shore demanding immediate retraction of the notices and satisfactory closing of the account and charges. I have not received a response from these companies as of this date.
I would be interested in contacting any other individuals who would want to pursue a Class Action Lawsuit against these organizations for their malicious and illegal activities.
