returned/now sent to collections
I am not sure of the addresss, I sent back 3 books for now I am being sent to collections. I have faithfully returned the books, what do I do now?

Unsolicited Books
Didn't order any books. Do all mine through Amazon. Funny thing, tho. This happened shortly after I ordered some things through QVC!

unsolicited books
I bought one book and paid for it.Since then, they have been trying to send books without my consent.I wanted to send it back but was not willing to pay for postage.I asked for postage paid label but it was not sent.Now, they are tryoing to twist my arm by sending me a bill for payment.I am also getting e-mails from Bottom Line Books Personal and I am not sure if they are one and the same, Please take action to ensure that I am not harrassed by them.

unwanted book
I did not order these "yearbooks" but I have gotten them for the last 5 years. Finally found a number to contact: 800-678-5835...elderly lady "Marge" said I need to to pay then hung up. Ain't gonna happen!

Billed for books not ordered. Want to return have not paid the bill. No phone number to call or web site contact? Should I just mail Back ?

sent a2009 yearbook i did not order and want payment of31.90 feel i didn, t order and should not have to pay for something i didn, t order and want to be taken off there mailing list.

Fraud and cheating
I have a bill for 39.02 again this month and I have repeatedly asked for them to cancel me from their list. They are sending books that I have not ordered. They don't have any telephone or fax numbers listed and that is the reason I looked them up on the internet. It was at this point that I found that others were having the same problem as I am having. I have purchased several other books I didn't actually want just to preserve my good credit.
