Did not order the Bottom Line Books...but received one in the mail..I am not responsible for the payment.

Did not order book
I have received a year book 209 which I did not order. Futher more thre was an instruction " Leave if no response". This will remain by my letter box until who ever deliver pick it up.

Unordered Books
I received two books regarding supposed "Health Secrets" from Bottom Line that neither I nor anyone in my family ordered. I opened the package thinking that my wife who is an RN may have ordered them. She had not.
My wife thumbed through the books and commented that the information in them was pretty much "Common Sense" material.
They are continuing to bill me $47.94 with increasingly threatening letters. I have no intention of paying these jerks and in fact plan to file complaints with my state Consumer Affairs and the Federal Trade Commission.
The law regarding receiving unordered merchandise states that if you receive such merchandise, it is a Free Gift, so I intend to donate this very elementary material to an elementary school. Perhaps they can get some use out of them.

Sent 2009 Year Book that I never ordered
I received in the mail, a Bottom Line Book, titled Bottom Line Year Book 2009 that I did not order. I am calling 800-678-5835 to get a "return merchandise" mailing label from them and a sending it back by certified mail so that I have a record that they have received the book. I will not just write "return to sender"' on the package, this does not guarantee that the book is returned to them.

unordered book sent out
3 years ago I cancelled the bottom line year book. Each year they continue to send a book. Each year I complin, they then send a return book label. And so it is again this year...

Unauthorized shipment & billing
Bottom Line Books sent unathorized/unordered books to my home
with a bill! I contacted BLB's, called Customer Service at
800-678-5835, voiced my complaint, and they said to mark the
unopened package "Return to Sender", which I did.
Now I've recieved a second billing for same order I Never placed
with comments:
"We have placed your order account in a special (Delay) status at my request ?!
"Your total account balance of $47.94 may be paid in equal monthly installments by Oct. 01, 2008" ?!
"We appreciate your efforts in keeping your good credit record intact" ?!
This latest letter came Oct. 20, 2008, and I no longer have the
items/books in my possession !
This is not my problem anymore, as I've "Returned to Sender"
so PLEASE Resolve this immediately, or I'll submit a complaint to
the California BBB !
Non-Solicited Customer !!!

bill for NO BOOKS
I have repeatedly received BILLS from the Bottom Line book people. I HAVE NO BOOKS FROM THEM.
PLEASE CLEAR THIS UP AND MAKE SURE THAT I AM NOT BILLED FOR A PRODUCT THAT I DO NOT HAVE!!!
PLEASE SEND ME A CONFIRMATION REGARDING THIS FOR MY RECORDS. IF THIS SHOWS UP ON MY CREDIT REPORT I WILL CONTACT MY ATTORNEY.

unrequested book
I have received an unrequested YEAR BOOK 2009
from Bottom Line Books and now find that it is a
common practice! They do not have info aon how to
contact them as many others have stated so we all
have been STUCK!
