Charging me and I never ordered their books
I don't know of this company. I never ordered any books from them. Somehow this organization stole my home information and has the audacity of charging me for books I never ordered. I don't even know this company. Perhaps they have hackers that can get into internet sites.

Unsolicited shipment of books
I received a set of books, I never ordered. An invoice of $47.94 is also enclosed. I checked everywhere but did not find a
phone No to contact. I went to internet to find a phone No. Instead I found this link. They did it to many people.

unsolicited books
I received a order of books from Bottom Line Books today which they say was ordered on the internet with the total amounting to $47.94. I of course never ordered any books. I am a widow and cannot afford this kind of luxury. On their bill there is no phone number or internet address and I find this frustrating. I don't want these books and do not know how to get them back to Bottom Line because they are to large to fit into my mailbox.

Harrasment
This company sent me a book through the US Postal Service that I did not order. I returned the book unopened and have a USPS confirmation number that the returned book was delivered to them. They continue to send me an invoice requesting payment. I think that the best thing for myself and others to do is to file a complaint with the US Postal Service and ask them to look into mail fraud.

keep getting bills for book returned
I HAVE SENT THIS COMPANY SEVERAL EMAILS EXPLAING TO THEM THAT I RETURNED THE BOOK AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM MY EMAILS. I JUST KEEP GETTING BILLS FROM THEM STATING THAT MY PAYMENT IS PAST DUE AND TO PLEASE SEND IN THE PAYMENT OR TO RETURN THE BOOK WHICH I HAVE ALREADY DONE. THE AMOUNT OF THE BOOK WAS $40.95 WHICH I AM NOT GOING TO PAY BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE THE BOOK. I RETURNED IT TO THEM. I JUST WANT THEM TO STOP SENDING ME BILLS.

not acknowledging payment
I received a bill for $39.00 for a subscription to Bottom Line Personal. I had previously paid this amount to them and copied my check to them to verify the payment. I received a note from them that the payment went to the wrong company and gave me a telefone number to call. I called that number and after looking up my information I was advised that there was a $39 credit on my account for three months. I inquired can they transfer it over and I was told that they are the same company but cannot trasfer the money. I asked what were they going to do I did not call. They had not answer. This has made me decide that I do not want to do anything with this company anymore.

dublicate copies of order
Received duplicate copy of book ordered...as well as duplicate bill. Unable to contact Bottom Line Books...no email...no phone...no customer Service. Rip off!

Did not order anything, but receiving bills
Books sent to me, which I did not order and then Bottom Line Books is sending bill saying I ordered the books and wanting Payment in full. There was no return info. or contact numbers.

Billed for item not ordered and returned by U.S. Post Office uniopened
Book was sent, unauthorized, and handed back to postal mail-carrier unopened. Package containing book was never placed in mailbox or delivered.
