Never ordered, never received, received invoice and threaten with collection
I have received invoices on a book I never ordered or received. I keep getting invoiced for it. Have sent 3 letters letting them know, I don't have the book, never ordered the book and will not pay for something I didn't ordered or received. Now they are saying I received the invoice with the book. No I did not. I received 3 additional invoices asking me to explain what the problem is on the back of the letter, which I did and put the name of person on the letter. I have received nothing. Now I am being threatened with collections. Help! What can I do if I can't reach someone ph# or website? I would appreciate any suggestions.

Unsolicited Merchandise
How does a company get away with such devious, deceptive and under-handed business practices for so long and not get shut down by the FTC. I ordered one book a few years ago and it was pure BS...nothing like all the hype that preceeded it. Since then I've received numerous books, publications and truckloads of junk mail from them, none of which I requested. Now I'm getting a bill for a book I never ordered and threats to report me to the credit bureaus if I don't pay them. They are running a scam that is based on the knowledge that the average consumer won't be able to fight them on their own and can't hire a $200 an hour attorney to settle a claim for a $40 book. I can't believe they are allowed to stay in business. How do we stop this? Their bills they send in the mail don't have a customer service number to call and writing cancel on the bill or sending the book back doesn't work. I sent one book back and they claimed they never received it. Thank God I saved the receipt and got a signature at their end. I had to send them a registered letter with a photocopy of the receiving signature to get them to stop billing me. But, that didn't stop them. They just sent me another unsolicited book and the billing process started all over again. There has to be some way to shut that monster down.

Faulty billing practice
I continue to receive a billing notice on a book that I have returned to this company. Indeed, they have the wrong name of the book that they are billing me for, i.e., Mind Boosting Secrets. Apparently--but I do not know--the company sent me two books, entitled, Health, Harm of Ripp-off, of which I returned one of them within the past two weeks. Yet, they continue to bill me for Mind Boosting Secrets.

I was sent a postcard, to either order the book Ultimate Healing by not doing anything or send the postcard back if I did not want the book. I returned the postcard but received the book anyway.

no receipt of book / not ordered
Received an invoice for a book that was never ordered nor received.
I do not owe this invoice and would like some action taken against vendors that tries to intimadate people this way...
Our credit is the only thing left that we own outright and now someone tries to steal that..

charged for book not ordered.
You have falsely charged my Bank Account for $22.90 for a
book I did not order . Also you have charged my Bank Account which I did not give you permission to do. YOU MUST REFUND THE AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT OR I WILL GO TO THE POLICE WITH THIS MATTER. IT SHOWS YOU ARE IN A HABBIT OF DOING THIS DIRTY THING TO A LOT OF PEOPLE. I FOR ONE WILL NOT PUT UP WITH IT. ROBBIE SANDERS

Billed for unordered books
I received an unsolicited book called Bottom Line's Health News. The company billed me for $35.92, saying that I had ordered it, and had agreed to pay in three installments of $11.97 each. I NEVER order anything I do not pay for upfront. They are sending me increasingly sharp payment due notices. A company to avoid.

Unsolicited receipt of book!
Company sent me a book unsolicited along with a bill for 35.90 claiming it is the book I ordered. There is no phone number to call and get a return goods authorization or even an address, just a PO BOX. This smells like deceit and a scam.
