Did Not Receive Books Ordered
I keep getting a bill about books that I have never received. I ordered a book entitled, "Treaury of Health Secrets NE", once at the beginning of the year online through some pop-up ad. I did not receive the book for about 3 months and decided to order again because I thought maybe I had not done something right. Well, here it is almost Septemeber and I still have not receive one book and yet I am getting threatening letters about reporting me to a Collection Agency for $47.94 x 2, which represents 2 on the same book that I NEVER received up to this date.

Recovery of paid amount
I would like to share my story with all of you who have been cheated by Bottom Line Books.
Last year - without notice - received a bill ($49.94) from Bottom Line Books for some books I didn’t order. I tried to call the company but could not fine any phone number to call. Finally found an 800-telephone number 800-678-5835. I called this number several times before a woman answered. She was really arrogant and told me that if it is an invoice it must be paid otherwise they leave it to a collection company. To make it short I received a letter from NORT SHORE AGENCY, INC (the collection company) with account status: delinquent. I paid the $49.94+fees for something I never ordered or received to awoid more problem. That time I have contacted the Better Business Bureau's online Complaint System (www.bbb.org) . After several month - letters back and forth - finally I received refund from Bottom Line Books. The Better Business Bureau made a really good job and I will advice all of you to contact BBB to solve your problem. It is useless to speak with Bottom Line Books, go ahead and contact BBB. They will help you to solve your problem. Good luck and do not give up!!!

unsolicited books and charges
Bottom Line Books sent me 2 books that I never asked for. In fact, I had never even heard of the company or the books until they arrived at my home. I did not open the package, but immediately wrote "return to sender" and took them to the post offiec. I aso sent them an email telling them I did not order, nor would I pay for the books. I told them I had already returned them. Now, about a month later, I receive another bill from them. I am writing "return to sender" on the bill, and it will be mailed tomorrow. Does anyone know of a class action suite being filed against these crooks?

return
I ordered and recieved and then returned. Problem is I just found the book, boxed with no return on it. this made me remember that I was ready to return, was at the post office and uh-oh..no return address! So, I threw it in the back and over a period of time, it got buried and now I still need a return address ( I assumed the billing address is always different .) Will you please e-mail the correct address and I will return it, promise! I am sorry for the delay, sincerely, Gail Norris. p.s. I hope there are no late charges

BILLED FOR BOTTOM LINE YEARBOOK 2009 THAT WAS NOT ORDERED
BOTTOM LINE YEAR BOOK 2009 WAS SENT TO ME. I DID NOT APPLY FOR THIS BOOK. SINCE THE BOOK WAS SENT, I HAVE BEEN SENT LETTERS THAT I OWE THE COMPANY AND I A COLLECTION AGENCY HAVE CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE MATTER.
IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN COMPANIES IMPOSE ON ONE AND SEND ONE BOOKS HAVE YOU HAVE NOT REQUESTED.

Unsolicited books and fees requested by company
Bottom Line sent unsolicited books to our home and requests payment of $47.94 or they will submit their bill to collections. Otto Huebner is the Credit Manager. We didn't solicit the books sent and didn't bother to read them because we had no interest in their subject matter. I'm going to send their invoice back to them without payment and because they've offered no phone number to contact them, will request a means to return them. I don't feel it should cost me anything in shipping.
