Being charged and The Books were sent back
I am getting bills for books that have been sent back over 4months ago and i am not paying for something that I don't have and they don't even have a contact number to reach them!

not ordered book
i received three books in the mail from bottom line books, which i didnot order. they said that i ordered the books on line. i never order online . if i would order it would be paid at the time of the order. i am sending them back to clarion iowa this week of june 29, 2009. i will take my claim to the state and the senior citizens dept. thank you bert rollins

Charging for book I returned
I received a copy of a book I had not ordered. I took the book to the post office and marked it refused and returned it. I never wanted the book and I never open the package. Now they are trhreating to send it to collection. They say the account status is delinquent.
I did not order the book and marked it refused and returned the book via the Postal Service.

book I did not ask for
I saw an ad for a free book of things you can take to heal yourself, so, I ordered it. When I received it came in this big box, I thought nothing about it, thinking the book was probably with all these remedies. So, I opened the box inside were these three little paper back books, that was the free books, which is okay. But, this thick hard back huge book came with my free books that I never asked for nor knew was coming. But, now, they are expecting me to send this thing back, pay for it, or take punishment on my credit. I did not have an option in receiving this thing so why should I be held liable for it. I should be able to take out in my back yard and burn it if I want to !

No phone number
I ordered The Treasury of Health Secrets from Bottom Line Books. The books are very informative, But: here is my complaint. The bill does not have an email address or website. No phone number. I do not usually send payment by U.S.P.S. I do most all of my payments via on line banking or phone. I had to search a web yellow pages to find the information I needed. Once I found the phone number: by the way, it is 800-678-5835, I was able to call and reached a customer service associate, who was very helpful, and I was able to makde my payment in full. The CSA was very helpful and courteous. I received my confirmation number for the payment. I asked why there is no additional information on the billing statement. CSA replied, "I get that complaint often and have reported to the company but nothing has been done to change the billing information". This is unacceptable. I work for a company in Customer Service also. I understand the complaint process, my company (which services many states). Listens to what our customers say and make changes often to customer satisfaction. It isn't difficult to add the proper information on a bill or statement. Bottom Line is not a small company and I feel that they should make it as easy as possible for the customer to pay a bill, call for information and submits comments and/or complaints.

Collection Agency
I ordered the book "Treasury of Health Secrets" from bottom Line bookson a 30 day trial basis.
I returned the book 3 days after it arrived.
I was never contacted by the Book company for payment bvut now a collection agency is trying to collect the price of the book from me.
The book was returned.
They never notified for payment or said they did not recieve the book.
They just went ahead and gave my name to an agency.
I have been trying to contact Bottom line Books but there is no contact information on their website.
This is total Bullshit anf a rip-off by BOTTOM LINE BOOKS and NORTH SHORE AGENCY, INC.

Being Billed for a book I did not order
I received an invoice from this company saying this bill is for your first and second installments. I have never received any books from this company and if I had ordered the book they claimed I ordered I would have used credit card as I always do
