called the number given on the complaint board and it was answering machine, lady saying she will be out of the office til April 23rd, I left my name and address and told her I never received any books from them. I will keep calling until I get a real person and tell them I'm not paying 49.94 for something I di not receive. I will post later if I get a live person.

We purchased Health Secrets, a 3 health book promo from a TV Ad here in Canada, back in February 2009 and were told it would be in Canadian dollars. Itwas not, so we returned them along with a letter February 27 2009 and were told, full refund in US dollars including mailing costs. Sent appropiate receipts for cost of mailing etc to 2 seperate address's we were told, now its April 15 2009 and still no refund on our card.
I have called and just keep getting put off with excuses, stay away from this company, they have ripped a Canaian senior couple off for over ninety Canadian dollars.($59.75 US, books & $ 20 plus shipping)
Beware US companies telling you its in Canadian funds, then the switch when you get your credit card invoice, and then ignoring your refund, let the Ontario government know about your rip off.

I received a large book from Bottom Line Books yesterday, 3/26/2009. I never ordered this book. It says on the invoice, "Thank you for your on-line order. Your new book is here. It is signed by Martin Edelston, Publisher. The book's Title is "The World's Treasury of Health Secrets". The charge is $39.99, shipping and handling $7.95 = $47.94. I have never been on-line with Bottom Line Books.

They even assigned me a Customer Account Number, which is 37-010-549140572. I can assure you I never ordered this book. I googled their email address. It might be bottomlinebooks.com.

It also says "P.S. As promised, your 2 FREE bonus books are also enclosed. THE BIG BLACK BOOK OF 100 MOST COMMON MEDICAL BLUNDERS and UNCOMMON CURES FOR EVERYDAY AILMENTS. Enjoy them!"

This makes me very angry that a business would do such a thing.

I will send it back, but now since I opened the invoice which was glued to the package, I will have to pay shipping and handling. This is not fair.

Received the book but it was not as represented. Returned the book, sent the receipt as proof of return. They are still billing me. Stop it!!! I do not have the book, I never received the free books promised with the order. Never again will I try to order from Bottom Line Books

Received two books from Bottom line books on March 14, 2009 which I did not order. Will not be responding to this company unless I have to.
