unordered books
I only did receive two books-power aging and How to grow 10 years younger-nothing else, through my postal box and I am ready to pay for these books only by credit card.
I don't want anything to do with bottom line so don't bother me with your claims I don't know anything about.
Thanks

SENT BACK BOOKS , STILL SENDING BILLS
CALLED COMPANY TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I DID NOT ORDER THEIR YEARBOOK . THEY IN TURN TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A YEARLY THING .I THEN TOLD THEM THAT I DID NOT WANT THIS ISSUE . THEY THEN SENT ME MAILING LABELS TO SEND IT BACK, WHICH I DID . I AM STILL RECEIVING BILLS AND THEY ARE ALSO SENDING THEM FROM COLLECTIONS .

Bill & Collection Notice
I also have orfered two books from them but the third was not ordered. Started getting collection notices. I contacted the FTC at 1-877-382-4357. They gave me the information on how to handle this situation. Very helpful. If you are getting collection notices send the agency a letter explainig your situation, certified, . An unordered item is considerdd a gift by law. Maree
Hope this helps. Have them take you off of their maiking list

paid for book, but rebilled
I did not authorize the purchase of this book. However, they sent it to me anyways. I subsequently received a bill in the amount of $36.92 which I paid with a check on 07/10/08. I then received another bill sent out on 08/15/08 claiming I still owed them for this same book. The name of the book is bottomline yearbook 2008. This looks like fraud or rippoff to me. No wonder there have been so many complaints about this company.

Scam billing!
I was sent a book from Bottomline Books, which I returned months ago. I am continuously receiving bills from this company even though I have sent IN writing that the books were returned. I want to know how to get these people to stop the billing for books I do not have nor do I want. I returned the books about 2 days after they arrived, UNOPENED!! Stating on the outside return to sender unwanted. I took them to the post office and was advised to do it that way.
I realize that it is only postage that I am losing each month, but I am on a very fixed income and every penny counts in my situation. I am so tired of responding to this outfit I could scream. How many times do they have to be told I did not keep the books I do not want the books, and I want them to take care of this billing thing they are sending to me about once a month. This is unfair!
