I rented a water slide that stated it was IN STOCK on their website and then I called them to confirm my order after I placed the order online. I also rented a table, and tent and 2 fans as well. She told me then that the slide I ordered online that Flashed in BIG BOLD RED LETTERS "IN STOCK" was not available or in stock. I told her I wanted to cancel my order as she was offering me a much more expensive option. I told her no, I did not want to rent the more expensive slide. She goes on to tell me that they have a 50% cancellation fee on their rentals.
They have on their website that items are in stock but, when you talk with them after placing your order online they say they are not in stock and I rented the table, fans, extra hoses, and tent just for that event and the slide. So, I told her I wanted to cancel my order because the only reason I ordered the other things was because of the slide. Why would I need all the other without the slide. Total and utter craziness! I would not recommend anyone else doing business with this company as they are not legit and try to trap you into paying for something that is not even available!

How in the world can you charge someone for something that wasnt even in stock or available!
The company name is above and I recommend that no one does busines with them as this is absurd. Thank goodness I didnt give her my credit card info yet but, she said Oh well... we are going to take you small claims court.

I went on to say Okay.. Im sure you gonna win that one! LOL
