BoutiqueJewels.com is a terrible company. Not only is their return policy designed to ensure that they don't have to return your money, the employees CONSPIRE to create reasons not to accept merchandise. They had the audacity to claim a coat that never made it out of their original box was covered in pet hair and smelled - all so they could deny my reimbursement. Now, they have my $399, the hideous coat I tried to purchase and I'm out money and the coat. I think that is illegal and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. BoutiqueJewels.com should not be in business. There are too many good online vendors out there.
