My daughter enrolled in BASCP program this May. We have paid two month tuition total $1386+$75(registration fee) months ahead of school start date. Then our family financial situation is changed due to unemployment, we can not afford the program. We discussed this with the program director over the phone on August 30th, 2010. We gave the BASCP two months notice, so BASCP can find a replacement during these two months. We got agreement on the phone that my daughter will stay in after school program until a replacement is found on the August 30th, 2010.
One September 7th, 2010, first day of school, we found out that our child was denied entry into BASCP, without any form of refund or warning. When we tried to discuss this action, the Director threatened to call the police to force us out of the building and to prevent us from reaching the Bowen school principal about this issue. She clearly refused to provide the service we have paid for and would not refund the money. Obviously, The director broke the agreement we have reached on Augaust 30th, 2010, this suggested that she has found a replacement, This is why she removed my child name from the list.
We request a full refund $1461, for the two months of care that your business have denied us.
