I purchased a boxer puppy from this breeder. The puppy had an eye infection (meibomitis) when I received her which should have been a red flag. I contacted Moore's Boxers (North Carolina) at that time and they didn't seem to be sympathetic. Anyway, I have two children and we have all gotten attached to her and then at 7 months, her hair started falling out in patches. I took her back to the vet who did a skin scraping and diagnosed her with demodectic mange which is passed from the mother during the first days of life. I again tried to contact Moore's Boxers and have not heard back from them. The mother to my puppy is Alice Right in the Kisser. Please know that if you decide to buy a puppy from them that your puppy will be at high risk to have demodectic mange. Had I known that this was a potential problem, I would have searched elsewhere for a puppy. As it is, we love our puppy and we are trying to treat and feed her appropriately to try to keep the mange at bay.
