Employee
Every time I have been to the gas station, on Peterson and Pulaski, in the last couple of months, I Have been receiving horrible service from one employee only. He's new and will never say "hi, bye, hello fucking customer, you are paying for my bills". He doesn't even tell you how much something costs half the time and you have too look at the screen. Never did I encounter rudeness of this kind. I hope they get rid of this kid or adjust his attitude because I stopped going there. I buy my gas and snacks from a Shell gas station on Devon and Lincoln.

questionable sales practice
On 7/3/09 I purchased unleaded gas (89) at this location. The sign posted out front only had the basic (87) price, eventhough the sign had room for addition prices. I assumed that, like every other station in the city, the price difference between 87 and 89 would be 10-15 cents/gallon. Well, it ended up being 72 cents ($3.15 vs $2.43). I was told tha the price was posted at the pump, and it was...and it was my fault for not looking. I will accept responsibility for assuming the station to run a fair and respectable operation, but I just need to let people know that I find the practice, while not illegal, to be shady and people should watch out if BP Amoco allows their franchisee to operate in that manner.

Poor service!
In Brief: While traveling in June 2007, I called in to make a payment by phone so that it would not be late. I paid what I was told was the entire balance of $57.00. I did not phone in to make a payment in July, since I had not used the card.
When I returned home in September, I opened my August bill, which was due Sept. 13. The August bill showed a "past due amount" of $2.00, which was interest on the $57.00 from June. Since I had not phoned in to pay the $2.00 in July, there was a "late fee" of $15.00 on the $2.00. To repeat, when I phoned in to pay the full balance due in June, I was not told about the $2.00.
The "nice" people at BP Amoco told me that since my card was "past due", I had been reported to a credit agency. They also told me that because I was "past due", they could not discuss waiving the late fees with me. I told them to cancel the card.
Don't become a victim of BP Amoco's late fee scheme.
