i went to the gas station for get fuel.I drive H2 hummer which has a big tank.I filled my tank up which was over 26 gallon.After that i tried to get my BP promotion cards but instead of getting 3 cards i got just 1.The promotion says you can get a card after 8 gallon .So if i got 26 gallon should i have hadn't to get 3 cards?It's a simple math isn't it?And when i complained about it to the clerk she just refused me and she said that called my boss and gave me a number.She was on the phone the whole time and didn't care too much about me.She pointed on the promotion sign which said that you could get a card after getting 8 gallon.

I recently stopped for gas at the BP gas station in Gardner Ma. as I always do I am one of your loyal customers. The station that I stop at has a gas attendent on duty at various times this is one of the reasons i go here because i don't like to pump my own gas i'm 52 years old and I guess you could say that i'm from the old school where gas stations had people attending to there customers. I recently went to this gas station on Dec.4 at about 2:45p.m. which was a Saturday afternoon. There it was the sign that said there was no attendent on duty well I had to get gas so i pulled up to the pump and got out to go into the store to pay and pump my own gas. I went into the store and i said to the person working behind the counter (which is normally the man who pumps the gas) that I don't understand why they don't have a attendent on duty to pump gas on the weekend when this is there busiest time. The gentleman behind the counter flew into a rage saying he works his ass off all week and it is cold out and he was giving himself a break and if i didn't like it i could go somewhere else. Well i had already paid for my gas so I asked for my money back and he did so and when he returned my money to me and told me never to come back again. I was a very loyal customer well all the problems were going on with the gas spill but i won't be anymore. Employee's like this are just going to hurt your business even further and what a shame this is. This employee should be teminated at once this show of disrespect to a loyal customer plus swearing to a elderly customer is uncalled for shame on him. Thank-You Loreen Amadon Gardner Massachusetts.

I went to this Gas station on Thursday afternoon August 19th to get some juice and water and cash in my lottery tickets. Anyhow I handed this foreign man my lottery ticket and he completley throws it back at me and said "YOU DID A HORRIBLE JOB I WONT CASH THIS FOR YOU" I SAID EXCUSE ME?" He said yeah you did a horrible job you are supposed to scratch the bottom off which i had no knowledge of... I did not know you were suppose to scratch it off all these other gas stations i ve been to have done that part for me and didnt make a big deal. Then he kept complaining about it and i was telling him how i didnt know that you had to do that finally i was like "Where is the manager?" He said "My manager would be more mad than myself right now"... I was very upset!!! Then his co worker on the other cash register jumped in and attacked me to like i get half of what you won because you didnt scratch this off and im just like wow are u serious? I was furious i ve never been talked to like that or disrespected at a public place and im calling cooperate on them ! !!!

Im A regular customer i always put gas there because is close to where i just moved they always have 3 or more employess working and theres always a HUGE line i always have to end up going inside because there credit card machine never works outside for me so today i switch to a diffrent pump i did all the process of the c/c and it always says see cashier so there i have to walk over inside where theres a HUGE line and theres 3 employess and only one in the register i ask the young guy thats was just standing there without doing nothing that what is the purpose of them having the option to pay with my c/c outside if it never works?his answer to me was that he has no idea why i told but this is all the pumps cause i have try diffrent pumps and they all say see cashier and he answers back to me with a very cocky attitude well you must be putting the wrong zip code or you dont have any money in your account thats not very respectfull of you i said i do have money in my account and i am placing the correct zip code then he answer well i dont know you will have to pay inside then i said ok let me have 10 dollors of gas on number 2 he goes yeah when you do the line i said after i been out there in thats pump i have to do a line of ten people and he says OH WELL..I ASK FOR A MANAGER SHE COMES OUT AND SAYS YEAH WHAT HAPPEN I EXPLAIN TO HER MY SITUATION AND SHE SAYS YOU MUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG OUT THERE AND I TELL HER THE HAVE EXPRINCE WORKING AT THE RACETRAC GAS STATION AND I KNOW WHAT IM DOING OUT THERE IN THOSE PUMPS SHE GOES OH WELL THEN THERES NO SUCH THING FOR TO FIX THOSE C/C OUTSIDE THATS NO OUR RESPONSABILTY BUT VERRY RUDE I HER YOU KNOW YOU GUYS HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE SAYS IN SPANISH OH IF WE HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN WHY DONT YOU PUT GAS WHERE YOU WORK AT THAT NOT RITE OF YOU I SAID TO HER I ASKED HER FOR THE COPRATE PHONE NUMBER AND SHE LAUGHS ATME AND SAY THERES NO SUCH THING A COPRATE NUMBERAND I ASK FOR NAME AND SHE LAUGHS AGAIN AND SAY MY NAME IS MARTHA AND WHATS YOURS WITH A VERRY COCKY TONE..
I FEEL REALLY BAD FOR OTHER PEOPLE THAT WALK AND GET TREATED SO DIRESPECTFULL BY THESE EMPLOYESS
THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WHATS SO EVER!:(

This is not racial, but I can't believe the rude people that seem to be taking over our convient stores through out the Fla. area. Once again, this is NOT racial. But this paticular store has crossed the line and I would hope this to be looked into by "bp", and also MasterCard. This store is ran by individuals that are either Chinese, Japanese, or possibly Vietnamese, I wish I knew, and again, this is not racial.
I've been going to this store for around 6-months or so and have had a serious attitude each time because I want to pay my purchases with credit on my MasterCard. I understand your policy to a fee if the purchases are under $5, but my purchases have been over $10 each time to avoid this fee. Each time, for the last month or so their attitude has increased to the point that today I was told, "YOU DON'T LIKE, YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE." Wow, so I've taken their advise, and will do just that. It really seems a LOT of our convient stores are ran by people who do not like Americans. I know I'm just one customer. But being a smoker, I know I've spent a good amount of my hard earned money, and realy hate the fact of being harassed and trying to communicate with someone who says they can't understand ENGLISH. So with this being said, I also plan to contact my credit card service and report this matter as well. Thank You for your time
