Don't be fooled by Bracketsrus' website or their stated returns policy. They sent me the wrong bracket - wrong colour and wrong configuration for my tv, in spite of following their on-line selection process.

The bracket was returned to them and tracked by Parcel Force as having been delivered and signed for. In spite of several emails and lettersfrom me, no refund has been received. I did get an email promising that a refund would be processed by their accounts department, but weeks later this had not happened.

Two months down the line, after major hassle, my credit card has been re-credited for £89.99 by my issuing bank. I have written off the return postage of £12.99 - which was "guaranteed" in their terms of business.

Another company, at the same address, trades as 123 Brackets with a different website. Be very, very wary of dealing with them.

In future I will not deal on-line through a website with no telephone contact number. It's also a good idea to Google for the kind of experiences others might have had, if dealing with an unknown internet retailer.
