Sarah Palin mentioned that men died for freedom of speech but yet news media take advantage of this right even though Soldiers died for it.. Everyone that has a cell phone is a walking news anchor.. Technology has made everyone a Journalist and so the existing companies try to compete by telling lies about good folks because most of us dont really give a shit if its true or not... We are in the worse economic crisis of our lives but yet the 3rd largest producer of revenue is online dating.. Let me repeat... We are in a bad economic times but yet online dating is the 3rd largers producer of income... So I guess it shows that when we go in a deppression we seek companionship... Journalism is the craft of conveying news, descriptive material and comment via a widening spectrum of media. These include newspapers, magazines, radio and television, the internet and even, more recently, the cellphone. Journalists—be they writers, editors or photographers; broadcast presenters or producers—serve as the chief purveyors of information and opinion in contemporary mass society: "News is what the consensus of journalists determines it to be."
