I have tried to obtain a refund from Brainhost however I am just shuffled from one department to another with the assurance that a Customer Representative will contact me soon.
Their 100% Guarantee is simply a scam. They have no intention of honouring their guarantee.

I was charged $168.55 and was refunded $144.55, a diffferance of $26.00
