Customer service at this company is a joke and so is Lidia or however you spell her name. My rotors have warped twice since purchase and they are unwilling to send me another set to replace mine with without either purchasing another set first, or shipping my warped rotors back to them. This would leave me without my daily driver for over a week, or without $200 for over a week. NEITHER OF WHICH I AM CAPABLE OF. They did say they would reimburse me for the new set purchased, but would only discount the NEW set by 10 dollars to help me afford them for the time being. THAT HELPS. Now instead of $210 they are $200. Thats less than a 5% discount. Stand behind your product and offer some realistic customer service. This does not show much for an AMERICAN company supplying AMERICAN product to AMERICANS. I work for a manufacturing company and we would NEVER do something of this nature to a customer, especially in the current economic state. Its apparently MY fault I bought everything on my braking system from you, AS A PACKAGE, and they messed up? Take some responsibility before your company goes under like it should have already.
