Very disappointed. They emailed confirmation with UPS tracking number that is not valid. You cannot track the order since the order was never shipped. After 2 weeks I called to check the status, they placed me on hold for more than 30 minutes. Then came back and said they are going to re-ship the item, since their employees fail to ship the items. They said in 5 days I should have the item and they would credit me 20% for the inconvenience. 2 weeks passed again and still waiting. I tried calling back and the reps said “ BreakPlanet, please hold” you never could get to them. They drive me sick. To much stress, it pays to shop elsewhere.

In July 2009 I ordered brake rotors and pads from their website. Later that afternoon I received a form letter indicating that my parts were back-ordered. No problem, I could wait a few more days. Then later that same evening I received another form letter indicating that my slotted rotors were still at the electro-platers. I wrote back that I didn't order slotted rotors. I received an email indicating that I had been sent the wrong letter. Apparently it's standard practice to send out these letters and not carry their advertised products in stock. I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing so I tried to contact them...no response to email, they put me on hold and never came back to the phone when I called. I tried several more times with the same result. Finally I could wait no longer to get my car fixed so I cancelled my order...again no response. Finally 2 weeks later they acknowleged my cancellation and sent me an email indicating that I would receive a refund to my credit card within 48 hours. Three weeks after that, no refund. I turned it over to my credit card along with the email trail to see if they could resolve the issue. My advice to anyone contemplating a purchase from these people is "DON'T DO IT." You'll be wasting your time and probably losing your money. I'm actually surprised that the commerece department in California hasn't investigated and shut them down. So far I haven't found any positive reviews. Maybe that's why the link to reviews on their website doesn't work. I should have investigated before I purchased.
