In Oct. 2008 I brought my 2007 BMW to Braman due to a flat tire. They told me two tires had nails in them and should be replaced. I did replace the tires.
In Nov. 6, 2008 my tire indicator lit and I brought the car to Braman. They said one of the new tires had a nail in it and must be replace. I did replace the tire. the car vibrated and shimmied and I brought the car back on Nov. 10, 2008 thinking the balancing was off. I have no invoice for this work but do have a rental car agreement.
On March 11, 2009 brought the car in for an oil change and to fix my wiperfluid and fix vibration in car.
Braman said I need two new tires because the two rear tire were "cupped" they would not honor the original tire warranty.
I cannot prove that the tires which are alleged to need replacing are the new tires. I think at least one is a new tire.
