Dear Sir/ Madam,

On the 3rd of July' 2008, I had bought a Toyota Hilux D/CAB from Toyota Zambia. It was a brand new car with the following details :-

ENGINE # : 2KD 7554795
MODEL CODE - KUN 35R - PRMDHN

The car is a 2500CC 2KD 4 X 2 D/CAB DIESEL

On the 5th July' 2009 at 8400 km, the Turbo charger suddenly blew. Immediately took the vehicle to the Toyota Zambia work shop on the same day as it is still under warranty. Until today the 18th June' 2009 my vehicle is still in their possession.

What I would like to know is how a brand new Toyota vehicle which has its turbo blown up in less than a year.

Toyota Zambia is not cooperating with me especially Mr. Nill and Mr. Victor. This concerns me deeply.

I would also like to know what guarantee Toyotacan give me if a new turbo was fitted.
