I worked for Brandon Rimes in October 2010. Not as a contractor, but as an actual employee in his office. I was hired by Robert while he was trying to clean up Brandon's operation from the mess it was in. After Brandon decided he thought he could do it on his own, it was straight downhill from there. As one of the newest employees, I was also one of the last employees, as every knew Brandon wasn't capable of running the operation. I didn't even bother going back to try to get my last paycheck. 2 months later, the day before Christmas, my bank account is suddenly in the negative. His bank stopped payment on paychecks for former employees from OCTOBER.
I called him and asked about it, and he claimed he had no idea why that would happen, but it would have to be dealt with later, because he is on vacation with his family. I told him his actions left my bank account empty right before christmas, and that I already talked to other former employees, who also said the same thing happened to them. He got silent, then as I told him this needs to be dealt with, he said thank you for the call, and then hung up. Unbelievable! I'm going to take him to court, but I know at this point that by time there is a trial, he will just file bankruptcy.
