Bad service
My complaint is with the completely un-professional behavior of both our salesman and the Used car manager at this company. We purchased a vehicle from them and were able to take the vehicle that day. Although the vehicle was not detailed for delivery our salesman did indeed tell us that when we brought the vehicle in to have some minor body repairs done to the vehicle from the “we Owe” form that was filled out at the time that we purchased the vehicle the detailing would be done at that time along with a full tank of gas. We were called approximately 3 weeks after the vehicle was purchased to let us know that the title and tags were ready for us to come and pick up and that we could drop the vehicle off at that time to have the repairs done. The salesman did go beyond standards and provide us with a vehicle while ours was being repaired. We dropped the vehicle off and confirmed with the salesman when the repairs would be done. The day arrive that the repairs were to be completed and we never received any contact from the dealer (even after two voicemails). We finally called to confirm that our vehicle was done only to find out that it was not done. At this time we asked the dealership when it was now expected to be done. The only response that we received was “I don’t know”. Being a strong and independent woman who works in the management of customer service industry I asked them if they could let me talk to the service manager regarding the repairs. At that time I was told no, that he was handling it for me. My response was then I need you to ask them when they expect to have the vehicle completed because we are an hours drive from the dealership and would need to be able to plan to pick this vehicle up. So after another day of no phone calls I called again to see when the vehicle was going to be done. I called and spoke with someone who put me on hold and then my salesman picked up the phone and proceed to tell me that my vehicle would be done the next day by 3pm and that he called me and left a message to that affect on my answering machine at home. When I surprised him to tell him that I was home all day and hadn’t left the house and there were no phone calls or messages. I was accused of picking a fight with him and calling him a liar! Then when I asked to just speak with his manager I was hung up on!!! Please tell me when that is ever acceptable. On top of all that we go to pick the vehicle up when it was done and the detailing that was promised was not done the full gas tank that was promised was empty and the decals that were on the vehicle before the repairs were now missing!!! I called to let them know about that and I was told we will order the decals and send them to you, and then hung up on by the used car sales manager.

These guys are all around rude disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I hope that Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler realize this and pull them from being allowed to represent their wonderful products
