I Was told before order I would receive shortly after(thinking a week or 2 max). My order was finally received 1 month after but was useless without charger.1 month again I finally receive charger, now the rechargeable batteries are flat. I have finally after 2 months have my Brava working but now the domes don’t stick. I have tried to buy domes from manufacturer but they will not help. Yourlizzy will only sell for $410 US(Brava sells for $410 brand new). This is not acceptable. I have now bought special double sided tape to stick domes. I need compensation for batteries, 3 new filters as she told me to replace them every day(she didn’t say to recycle them so I’ve thrown out 3) & reimbursement for my new power adapter I had to buy due to 120 volts doesn’t work in Australia, Finally the tape for domes x 4. At the VERY least I need to do my best to shut this woman out of business as this has happened many times to others.
