The Seller was to give commission for the deal & he agreed to send me initially NCNDA+IMFPA for $0.5/mt if I get this Buyer to the Seller. Buyer came to me through Trade Manager & when after request I sent him SCO & communicated with details, he took the advantage of having the Seller's known e-mail address in the SCO & approached directly to Seller. He was aware that I am the Agent & I get commission from this deal, yet he brock this chain & approached the Seller.

Seller now refusing to enter into NCNDA with me since he got the Buyer now directly talking to him & rather fradulently accepted Buyer as direct party breaking the link. Thus all my efforts to get Buyer through Trade Manager has become a bed precedence for any future deals this way for the conduct of these kind of Sellers & Buyer's having Nexus & deceiving Agents. I have all the evidence to proof my point & if you need any varification of the fact, I am ready to upload the details. (All details are UPLOADED).
