This place is nasty. There was a used waxing strip on the floor in my room and it appeared the floor hasnt been mopped in months. I mentioned it to my technician and she was so not interested in picking it up or that it would be a concern to me. Upon leaving, I expressed concern and they just didn't care and were rude to me.

Nasty place and people.
