I purchased Brazilian cherry flooring to replace an existing wooden floor at floor and decor in Tampa Florida . After preparation of the surface after removal .I installed the new floor . The floor started bowing at the edges a week later, a month later it has covered a 4 inch growth . When I called the compan . The person accused me of faulty installation . like I was Joe blow homeowner . I advised them I have been in commercial and residential construction for over 20 years . They blew me off . I contacted the main office on the net several times .
They then had the same people from Tampa call me . They then from Tampa advised I could call their specialist to come and examine the floor at my expense . Now I am considering a lawsuit for negligence toward the matter . As well the labor for the replacement of product and labor .

Why they chose to throw it back at me attempting to advise me of homeowner blues . Makes me consider, this is an ongoing concern of the buyer . They were too fast to g on the defensive . Now I am on the defensive toward them .
